Process
We do not plan your wedding. We run the day you planned. The build starts 21 days out and closes with a written run-of-show you approve before we touch the venue.
01 · 21 days out
One working session turns your contracts, venue access rules and family logistics into a single timeline with owners and hard times.
02 · 14 and 72 hours out
Every vendor on the list confirms load-in time, contact person and equipment needs twice. Anything unanswered lands on your desk the same day, not on the morning of.
03 · wedding day
We hold the timeline from load-in to the last van. Late vendors, weather shifts and missing items get handled against the plan we wrote together.
Scope is fixed in a written quote before we start. Travel outside Kyiv is quoted separately, with no hidden fees.
These are day-of operations fees only. Venue, catering and vendor invoices stay in your name. A written quote fixes the scope, the hours and the number of coordinators on site.
One coordinator, up to 10 hours on site. Run-of-show build, vendor confirmations at 14 days and 72 hours, ceremony handover.
18 000 – 24 000 UAH
Lead coordinator plus assistant, up to 14 hours. Vendor matrix, load-in supervision, reception handover and closing checklist.
28 000 – 36 000 UAH
Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and regional venues. Two coordinators, rehearsal the day before, guest transfer oversight across both days.
42 000 – 55 000 UAH
Travel outside Kyiv city limits is billed at cost: rail ticket or fuel, plus one overnight stay when call time falls before 08:00. No markup is added.
Overtime runs at 900 UAH per coordinator per hour and is agreed on site before it starts. Nothing is charged after the fact.

Check date availabilityWe run the day you planned: vendor confirmations at 14 days and 72 hours, timeline supervision, ceremony and reception cues, load-in and load-out checks, and one on-site contact for every supplier. We do not plan your wedding, design it, or book your vendors.
Venue fees, vendor contracts and payments, floral design, stationery, legal paperwork, and guest transport stay with you. Decorating labour is not included unless the written quote lists it as a line item.
Two passes. Fourteen days out we confirm arrival windows, site contacts, and access or power needs. Seventy-two hours out we lock delivery times, final headcount, and setup changes. Anything that shifts after that is handled by us on the day.
Packages are quoted in UAH by guest count, number of venues, and hours on site. Travel outside Kyiv is a separate line with the rate stated in the quote. The written scope confirms the total, with no hidden fees added later.
We work the contingency agreed with you before the date: resequence the run-of-show, hold the ceremony, or move setup indoors. We cannot guarantee an outcome, but decisions stay with one person instead of five.
Yes. We split the remit in writing: the planner keeps design and vendor booking, we own on-site execution. Overlapping responsibilities are the usual cause of a messy wedding day, so the boundary is set before contracts are signed.
