Four deliverables, one document. You approve the run-of-show, we hold it on the day. We do not plan your wedding. We run the day you planned.
Minute-by-minute timeline with owners, vendor arrival windows, and hard cut-offs. One shared file, revised until the date.
Written check-in with every supplier at 14 days and again at 72 hours: arrival time, load-in access, contact, and invoice status.
One lead coordinator plus an assistant, on site from the first load-in to the final supplier exit. Vendor management stays with us, not your family.
Documented fallbacks for weather, a late vendor, and a missing item, each with a named decision-maker and a time limit.

Confirmation process
We do not plan your wedding. We run the day you planned. Every supplier is confirmed twice in writing, and every task has a named owner before the first guest arrives.
Every supplier named in the contract is contacted in writing. Arrival window, on-site contact, load-in access and final headcount are checked and written into the event timeline.

All suppliers confirm again by phone or message. We verify plate counts, delivery addresses, vehicle plates for venue access, and the exact minute each setup begins.

The coordinator arrives before the first supplier, holds the printed run-of-show, and meets every vendor at the gate. You are not called for setup questions.

We keep the ceremony, reception and supplier cues on schedule, manage the hand-offs between vendors, and record any deviation in the timeline log.

Rental returns, leftover items and venue keys are checked off with the responsible party. A short written close-out follows on the next working day.

Kyiv is included. Outside the city we add 12 ₴ per kilometre for the round trip, minimum 1 500 ₴. The figure appears in the quote before you sign.
30% retainer to hold the date, balance due 7 days before the wedding. Bank transfer in UAH to the registered sole trader account.
Your quote lists hours, travel, team size and what is excluded. Nothing is charged that is not written there. No hidden fees, no day-of additions.
