2. Data we collect and why
We collect the name, email, phone number, requested date and message you enter in the form, plus technical data such as IP address, browser type and submission time. We use it to reply to your enquiry, confirm date availability, deliver the service and keep records.
3. Lawful basis
Processing relies on your consent, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, under Law of Ukraine No. 3629-IX “On Personal Data Protection”.
4. Retention and sharing
Request data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires a longer period. We never sell data. We share it only with hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, or where disclosure is legally required.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw consent and object to processing by writing to contact@clouddzsystems.com. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
6. Cookies
Non-essential cookies and terminal-device storage are used only with your prior consent, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX “On Electronic Communications”. Consent can be withdrawn in your browser settings.
7. Security and changes
We apply technical and organisational measures, including restricted access and encrypted transmission. This policy may be updated; the current version is always published here.
