Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

clouddzsystems.com is a PE registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 06628390, Office 12, Business Center Leonardo, 7 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine. Contact: contact@clouddzsystems.com, +380 952 085 1953.

We provide wedding day coordination: timeline management, supplier liaison, setup supervision and issue resolution within agreed hours. Pre-wedding planning, decoration, catering, transport, photography and supplier fees are excluded unless confirmed in writing.

2. Booking, price and client duties

A booking is confirmed only by our written acceptance and deposit. The offer states the price in UAH, included hours and payment schedule. You provide accurate event details, one authorised decision-maker, supplier and venue access, and a safe working environment.

3. Cancellation, refunds and liability

Cancel in writing. The deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the event; earlier cancellation is refunded less documented costs. If we cancel for reasons within our control, prepaid amounts are refunded in full within 14 calendar days. We do not control third-party suppliers or venues. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service, except where law requires otherwise; force majeure is excluded.
