A date request is not a booking

We check the calendar, the crew and the venue access for your date, then send a written quote in UAH. Your date is held only once the quote is signed and the deposit clears. Until then it stays open to other enquiries.

What to include in your request

  1. Wedding date and the ceremony start time.
  2. City and venue, and whether the venue is already confirmed.
  3. Estimated guest count.
  4. Vendors already booked, such as photographer, band or caterer.
  5. Who is on site from your side, with a reachable phone number.

Venue not signed yet? Send the shortlist. We check travel time and load-in windows before quoting.

Replies within 1 business day. Work outside Kyiv is quoted separately as a travel fee.

We do not plan your wedding. We run the day you planned. Send the date, the city and the venue status, and you get a written quote in UAH with the travel-fee policy stated up front.

  • Vendor confirmations are run at 14 days and again at 72 hours before the day.
  • A coordinator is on site from load-in to the last vendor departure.
  • No hidden fees: scope is confirmed in writing before you commit.
